| Profile |
Osiris Projects specialise in the acquisition, interpretation and reporting of seabed and sub-seabed information, working with clients from the oil & gas, offshore renewables, submarine cables, port & harbours and utilities industries. The company has experienced significant growth over the past 18 months, which can be attributed mainly to the launch of a custom-built, 27.5m, DP1, semi-SWATH catamaran Bibby Tethrain 2011. The company now owns and operates a fleet of 5 dedicated survey vessels and uses the latest in advanced survey and positioning equipment, hardware and software.
The Osiris Projects team comprises a dedicated team of over 50 full-time professional personnel, covering areas including hydrography, geophysics, geotechnics, maritime archaeology, UXO, ROV and AUV, GIS, environmental surveying and metocean studies. The company is often praised for the quality of its reporting, and retains term contracts with a number of international clients including Shell and DONG Energy. Recent notable projects include a comprehensive geotechnical campaign for TenneT Offshore GmbH in the German Bight, and a shallow-water AUV survey for Shell in the Dutch sector.
Operating mainly within Northern European oil & gas and offshore wind, over the past 15 years Osiris Projects has established itself as a leading marine survey contractor with a background in shallow-water geophysics. As the company has grown, operations have moved further offshore into deeper water, and the company aims to offer true inshore to offshore services, using safe, environmentally conscious methods. |
