ChartWorld International Opens New Offices

In order to meet the growing worldwide demand for ECDIS and ECDIS data services and to provide enhanced support coverage for both international and regional customers, ChartWorld International is opening two new sales and support offices, in Singapore and Limassol (Cyprus), to serve the Asia Pacific and Mediterranean regions respectively.  

Whilst ChartWorld International already offers 24/7 technical support from its worldwide data centre in Hamburg, Germany, the two new offices will not only ensure a greatly enhanced regional and international technical service, but also the opportunity for customers and potential customers to talk to a live support agent for 100% of the working week, no matter where they are in the world.

Commenting on the opening of the new offices, ChartWorld International's New Zealand-born, Singapore-based sales and marketing director, Steven van de Schootbrugge, said that this new commitment to the strategic Asia Pacific and Mediterranean regions will improve the company's ability to provide our customers with sales and technical support and ensure that ChartWorld International stay as close as possible to the local needs of their customers and markets.
