Seafloor Systems has added a second SeaBat T50-P to its multibeam echosounder rental pool. On the software side, the company has released SonarMite drivers for Trimble Access Field Software.

The SeaBat T50-P was launched in 2015 as the new addition to the leading SeaBat T-series product range engineered from the ground up to evolve with each business. Combined with the Portable Sonar Processor the SeaBat T50-P provides according to Seafloor Systems unsurpassed survey data, providing faster operational surveys and reduced processing time.

Seafloor’s SonarMite-MILSpec and SonarMite DFX singlebeam echosounders now work seamlessly with Trimble Access survey system. From GNSS, scanning, and optical technology for field data collection to powerful software programmes for processing, modelling, and analysing captured data, Trimble offers complete solutions to address full work processes and unique challenges in the field.

Seafloor Systems is known for their turnkey singlebeam and multibeam hydrographic sonar systems and maintains the largest multibeam echosounder rental pool in the U.S.A. The company offers a full range of rental equipment from a variety of manufacturers. The rental pool includes a variety of hydrographic survey equipment such as high-accuracy INS, magnetometers, motion sensors, sound velocity equipment, remotely and autonomously controlled vehicles, and more.
