Alessandra brings industry experience in business development and sales. Her most recent role was business development director with Drilling Systems Ltd. In this role she was responsible for developing the business within Latin America and she has significant experience working in the region. Alessandra is a Brazilian national and is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Her experience of the market will be invaluable for Nautronix.

Mark Patterson, CEO of Nautronix, said that there are a great deal of opportunities currently in the Brazilian region for Nautronix. He believes that the opening of the new office in Brazil puts the company in an ideal position to promote the Nautronix brand and products in the region.

Alessandra Bunel sees that the challenges faced by the deepwater operations at the pre-salt are enormous, and knows that Nautronix has technology solutions to overcome these challenges, by increasing safety and productivity through its state-of-the-art signalling technology.

Nautronix has been active in the Brazilian market for several years and is currently pursuing a number of opportunities in the region. It has recently been awarded multimillion contracts for supply of their systems which meet the specification requirements for working in Brazilian waters, for new ultra-deepwater drill ships.
