Our Hydrographic Survey Department has rapidly developed into a department with a staff of about ten project managers, surveyors and assistants, and a purpose built survey vessel with state-of-the-art survey and geophysical equipment for inshore and nearshore investigations. Your duties are to manage this department and provide leadership to the team. You develop business plans and market strategies. You propose developments to the Management Team. Profile: you have proven management and communicative skills and you have a good understanding of the survey investigation techniques. You have the ambition to further develop the department's service package. You ensure that the deliverables meet the high Company quality standards.
