RESON NaviSound 600 Singlebeam Echosounders with Integrated Software

NaviSound 600 supports dual, triple or quad channel sounding operation with individual frequencies, which makes it convenient as a four-channel mini Multi Channel System (MCS). It has internal data storage with playback capability, and unique RESON developed tamper resistant data set encryption, which offers a verifiable back-up alternative to paper recorder. The NaviSound 600 Series are all delivered with 19” Panel PC for desk, roof or rack mounted as well as NaviSound Control Center software (NCC). The NaviSound 600 data output is supported by all Hydrographic survey software packages.

The NaviSound 600 Survey Series integrates the NaviSound 600 with the new user-friendly RESON integrated survey software package, which is based on more than 20 years on hydrographic software development within RESON. It is designed for any surveyor to provide the depth information quickly and in an efficient way. The software package performs all of the tasks necessary to complete the singlebeam survey during data acquisition, data processing and charting.

RESON integrated survey software is the new standard for RESON’s software: Easy to setup, user friendly and a guide for the surveys. As the software is integrated with the echosounder the users only have to interface the GPS receiver to run the survey. The RESON integrated survey software is based on the well-known PDS2000 software with a complete new user interface, which easily guides through surveys of harbors, waterways, oceans and for offshore and dredging applications.

The control and display of the soundings are incorporated within the software. It has the capacity to graphically display, record and playback the depth profiles. RESON integrated survey software is used as guidance during the survey, for logging data to the hard disk and for process the data. Charts can be created from the data and grid models.
