Christopher Wallsmith CTO Bluefin

Dr. Christopher Wallsmith from Bluefin Robotics has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer. He will have the responsibility to advise and guide the company on its overall research and development path. He also will develop a vision of future AUV capabilities and communicate this vision to technical staff and media.

Dr. Christopher Wallsmith has been with Bluefin since 2002 as manager of Software Development and moved to the positions of head of the Quality Department and then chief Knowledge Officer. In his new position, he will remain head of the Quality Department, thus focussing on establishing processes, software and hardware quality control and reliability engineering.
