| Teledyne RD Instruments has recently reached two milestones. First, in 2007, the company celebrated its 25th year of business. Then, in January 2008, Teledyne RDI celebrated another significant milestone when Workhorse ADCP number 10,000 rolled off the company's assembly line. The first Workhorse ADCP product was developed in 1992, ten years after the company's inception. |

The Workhorse ADCP was designed to deliver the company's proven BroadBand technology in a smaller, lower cost, and easier to use package. This critical advancement made the ADCP user-friendly and affordable for mainstream users. The Workhorse family of ADCPs continues to provide thousands of worldwide users with precision current profiling, waves measurement and/or precision navigation capability. In total, including Teledyne RDI's non-Workhorse ADCP products, the company has delivered nearly 15,000 instruments worldwide.
