| RS Aqua have completed the supply of Turner Design SCUFA submersible fluorometers to Oil Spill Response Ltd (OSRL). OSRL already have a fleet of Turner 10-AU field fluorometers but required an alternative armoury of submersible, portable sensors for fast response applications. |

OSRL have service bases in the UK, Bahrain and Singapore from where they can rapidly mobilise resources to deal with oil spill events anywhere in the world.

The two channel SCUFA sensors are kitted out to measure Crude Oil and Turbidity. The general mode of operation will be to have the sensor connected to a rugged laptop so that direct crude oil measurements can be taken during the operation to determine the scale of clean up progress.
