| Trident Offshore has commissioned VERIPOS to provide a full range of precision GNSS positioning services and associated support under an new five-year contract. The new deal coincides with the launch of the latest development in the successful in-house TriADS (Trident Attitude and Direction System) Tug Management System - TriADS+. |

Mike Grubb Survey Manager commented that the TriADS+ has added high bandwidth WiFi functionality to the existing unit to increase both flexibility of the system and uptime. The master unit can now take full control of all slave units allowing complete re-configuration and advanced troubleshooting that traditionally would have required the remote units be returned to the Rig - this potential time saving in anchor handling operations is of obvious benefit to clients.
The agreement calls for Veripos to provide its complete range of proprietary satellite positioning services extending from its Veripos Standard GNSS augmentation service to its Veripos Ultra decimetre accuracy Precise Point Positioning (PPP) capability. Petrobras have shown interest in the new unit and Trident Offshore has been invited to trial the system in Brazil later this year on a Petrobras Rig Move.
