Hegg Marine Solutions Launches New Business

According to Fred Hegg, the founder and President of HMS, the HMS business model is entirely about creating, maintaining and supporting client relationships as well as sustaining mutually rewarding relationships with all industry professionals in the oceanographic realm. It is through these connections that the company help our customers by providing the best practices, products and services.

Prior to starting HMS, Mr. Hegg was employed for over 25 years at Teledyne Benthos, Inc.  His vast work experience and intricate knowledge of specialised facets of marine science have been well documented and published in industry-specific conferences. Throughout his career, Hegg has traveled extensively to work with clients, focusing the last 15 years in Asia and Europe.

Hegg Marine Solutions is defining its niche by merging the basics of engineering with new technologies, including software and hardware, to help further advance solutions for its clients. HMS stands behind the concept that there may be more than one solution for their clients and thus integrates best in class technology and services with experience to provide the intended results for success.

Hegg Marine is a member of The Hydrographic Society of America (THSOA) and The Marine & Oceanographic Technology Network (MOTN).
