| General Robotics Limited (GRL), the leading supplier of subsea simulators, is celebrating 20 years of technical innovation and customer support in the subsea industry. GRL was founded in 1988 by the late Professor David Broome of University College London. In the early years the company focussed on robotic control systems with products such as ARM, an advanced subsea manipulator for weld inspection, and Sewercat, a control and visualisation system to track and drive a tracked ROV for cleaning the Sydney sewers. |

GRL employs a staff totalling 16 people based in Milton-Keynes and Aberdeen. GRL believes that central to its success is the exceptional quality of the company's engineers some of whom have been with the company since it began.
