Designed specifically for technicians and field personnel, the DMS Configuration (DMS Config) utility is a Windows based application providing a user-friendly method of configuring and controlling WatchMan500 weather stations. |

Product Development Manager, Reo Phillips says that the purpose of the DMS Config. is to provide operators with a simple yet reliable tool to access and control their WatchMan500 stations both remotely and in the field. The software can be installed on a laptop or handheld device with minimal system requirements and provides the same full interface to the station as the DMS. This allows all configuration and station operating information to be managed, with all information stored so that it can later be synchronised to the DMS without the need for telemetry airtime. Users will have complete control over the operation of device handler (sensor) configuration, system sampling regime, data message format and contents, onboard data logging and system diagnostics.
The AXYS DMS can be used with one or more WatchMan500 based stations. The software's capabilities are among others, system configuration, system communication, data storage, data logging and firmware management.
