| In its continuing effort to keep pace with client demand, Seatronics Ltd. has recently purchased fourteen new Teledyne RD Instruments (RDI) Doppler products to enhance the organization's existing lease pool. Recent product purchases include a Teledyne RDI Doppler Velocity Log (DVL) for precision navigation onboard underwater platforms. Seatronics reports that this product is in high demand at the moment, particularly for use in cable burial and deep water vehicle positioning applications. |

Seatronics also purchased thirteen additional Teledyne RDI Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCPs) ranging from 150 to 1200 kHz, bringing the total number of Teledyne RDI ADCPs available for lease to over 100 units. The ADCPs will be used to collect high precision current profiling data for a wide array of offshore applications around the globe. Demand for Teledyne RDI's products continues to increase as offshore oil and gas operations, in particular, remain brisk.
