| ROVworld has signed up with ACCESS as the latest ACROV distributor. Owners James and Gina McLauchlan are widely known in the Underwater Inspection and ROV industry. | |
|
ROVworld has been a global ROV and Underwater industry news and information hub for many years; however, James and Gina felt that they were in a strong market position to add an ROV and Underwater Inspection hardware capability to their base in Portugal. After some considerable time surveying options in the microROV market, they settled on the ACROV. Following high market interest and a hectic demonstration schedule, ROVworld Lda has taken delivery of a second system. James said; "We are pleased that so much interest has been shown in the ACROV.
Having a second unit onsite means that ROVWorld can respond to market needs quickly, with a demonstration unit always available along with a second system on hand should a customer require urgent delivery. Gina spent training time with ACCESS at their Aberdeen facility prior to James' visit, during which he collected the hand-carry system in person.
