| Noordhoek Survey B.V. has ordered a new DPII ROV Survey Offshore Support Vessel. The delivery of this new specialised vessel is scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2010. Following her delivery she will join the Noordhoek fleet and will become the third vessel in operation and the first ROV Survey dedicated offshore vessel for Noordhoek. |

This vessel, built at the Dutch shipyard De Hoop, will be 62 metres long, and will be equipped with Dynamic Positioning Grade 2 (DPII), diesel electric drive, with a moon pool, a 25 Tonnes offshore crane, Work & Inspection Class ROV systems, Tow-Fish, ROTV systems and survey suite. With accommodation for 40 persons segregated over single and double cabins she will be a comfortable and spacious vessel to work on, and will meet the latest environmental criteria while ensuring acoustically quiet operations at survey speeds.
The most modern survey equipment will be installed and the systems will have full plug and play interconnectivity. The vessels main functions will be inspection repair and maintenance, hydrography, geotechnical investigation, and analogue / digital geophysical survey. This new addition to the Noordhoek fleet demonstrates the company's strong commitment to the IRM and Survey market in the North Sea where Noordhoek currently operates the DPII DSV Noordhoek Singapore and have one new build DPII Saturation DSV under construction for delivery fourth quarter 2009. The decision to introduce another new vessel to the Noordhoek fleet of offshore support vessels is the next step within the growth strategy of Noordhoek.
