Deep Panuke Decommisioning Project

The scope of work, which will be managed by DOF Subsea Canada, includes the removal of sections of decommissioned cables and flowlines, pre-lay survey and wellhead measurement.

Preparatory work will commence with immediate effect, in readiness for the operational phase, which is expected to be implemented during December 2008.

The Deep Panuke project involves the installation of facilities required to produce and process natural gas, which will be processed offshore and transported, via subsea pipeline to Nova Scotia for further transport to market.

DOF Subsea currently owns the largest and most modern fleet of subsea construction vessels in the world. Including vessels and ROVs that are under construction as part of an extensive new build programme, the company owns 25 offshore vessels, 31 ROV systems, 1 AUV system, and diving spreads.
