| Atlas Seistech and Atlas DOOR have joined forces to create one of the largest hydrographic and seismic recruitment agencies. Atlas DOOR offices in Rotterdam, Malaysia and Canada will trade under the name of Atlas Seistech, a member of the Atlas Services Group. |

Atlas Seistech and Atlas DOOR have worked in the recruitment market for more than 27 years. Atlas Seistech has a headcount of 20 office staff. With a bespoke in-house database with 15,000 personnel registered, clients be selected the candidate for their position. Atlas Seistech currently deploy approx 200 specialists working world-wide daily in the hydrographic, marine and land seismic industry.
In October of 2008, the Atlas Seistech office in Newquay (UK) moved to a new and modern premise, allow to expand and diversify further into niche markets. In January and February 2009, the new office has facilitated two QPS QINSy training courses which were fully booked by regular Atlas consultants as well as new personnel. Atlas Seistech will be looking to hold future training courses in additional software packages for the hydrographic and seismic industry.

It's not an AUV but an UAV. So an unmanned vehicle, but in the air instead of underwater. This movie shows a demonstration of the bathymetric laser scanning capabilities of the RIEGL VQ-820-GU hydrographic airborne sensor in reality.
