Cheers on Ocean Business!31/03/2009 |
| Ocean Business opened its doors this morning at the National Oceanic Centre, Southampton (UK). However, on 30 march 2009 already, a lot of activity was going on. Stands were built up, delegates arrived. And in the tradition of Ocean Business, an informal and warm welcome was provided in the White Star Tavern. | |
As last year, the bar was packed and the visitors barely could barely hear each other, such was the noise. A good noise of people seeing each other and having a nice and cold beer. Stories of the years gone were told, and the crowd was enjoyable. Hotdogs were brought in constantly, adding to the well-being of all.
And for all foreigners, it is good to get in the mood for the three-day event! In the photo album, you see more images of the day.
