African HYDRO Conference and Exhibition23/10/2009 |
| The Hydrographic Society of South Africa (HSSA) and Organizing Committee invites you and your colleagues to the HYDRO9 Conference. The conference is to be held in the Cape Town Waterfront area from Tuesday 10th to Thursday 12th November 2009. |
|
This is the first time the annual international HYDRO Series of Conferences has been held in Africa and it is indeed a privilege for a small Society such as the HSSA to host such an important event.
With 40 fully subscribed technical papers sessions and a full exhibition area of over 45 booths, the conference has exceeded our expectations in terms of both local and international support.
We would encourage your full participation to enjoy the networking and learning experience during the technical paper presentations, mingling in the exhibition area and participating in the hands-on practical demonstrations.
A full social program is planned, which includes a Welcoming Function, Banquet Dinner at a wine farm as well as a closing ceremony on Robben Island. Full details for HYDRO9 may be found at www.HYDRO9.co.za.
