Based on the proven XWaves ocean wavefield analysis technology, Wavector provides a cost-effective solution for most common wave data analysis and visualisation requirements. A completely GUI-driven stand-alone application, is it useful for processing wave data collected with the Nortek AWAC, Aquadopp Profiler and Vector Velocimeter. It may also be used to process data from other sources, such as the freely available NDBC wave archives.
Key features of the program include the ability to directly load wave data collected with a variety of instruments (Nortek, Datawell, WaMoS, Triaxys, etc.), the ability to download data from US National wave archives (NODC, NDBC), convenient data editing and smoothing utilities, powerful wind sea and swell system partitioning, wave system evolution (Vector Plots), wave system climatology plots, easy export of animations and presentation quality graphics and the ability to save custom data tables in Excel, Matlab or text files.

It's not an AUV but an UAV. So an unmanned vehicle, but in the air instead of underwater.
