| EdgeTech and ORE Offshore have appointed Doug McGowen to their senior staff in the role of director, New Business Development. Mr McGowen will work out of the company's West Wareham facility and will focus on new products, market sectors and applications for the EdgeTech and ORE businesses. |

Prior to joining EdgeTech-ORE, Doug was employed in the technology sector for 10 years before transitioning into the underwater technology market 8 years ago. During those 8 years he worked in many different areas of the business including sales, marketing, team leadership, project management and new product introduction. He brings with him a wealth of product experience covering acoustic modems, acoustic releases, hydrophones, acoustic transponders and relocation devices as well as side scan sonar. Most recently Doug was employed with Teledyne Benthos in the role of director of sales & marketing.
