The FS-3DT, with a range of 440m, is one of FarSounder's premium products, having been in service now since 2004.
FarSounder has been leading the way in 3D Forward-looking Sonar and more and more of today's major yachts are specifying this latest enhancement to navigation safety. With expected travel to exotic ports around the world, it was only natural that this luxury yacht should include a FarSounder navigation and obstacle avoidance system to help assure smooth travels. As owners seek out new and more adventurous locations in possibly poorly charted waters, these new challenges to safe navigation require the best navigation equipment available.
