DELPH Subsea Mapping Software for EGS21/03/2011 |
| EGS International has become the latest customer for iXSea's DELPH subsea mapping software. The UK branch of the global EGS Group has purchased licences for DELPH Seismic and Sonar. EGS will use the software to support marine survey operations in the UK and overseas in the oil and gas, marine infrastructure, submarine cable and renewable energy sectors. |

It's not an AUV but a UAV. So an unmanned vehicle, but in the air instead of underwater. This movie shows a demonstration of the bathymetric laser scanning capabilities of the RIEGL VQ-820-GU hydrographic airborne sensor in reality.
