Lars Hansen to Resign as CEO of Eiva

  14/06/2011
The board of directors has accepted Lars Hansen's resignation as CEO of Eiva. Lars has accepted a new management position in the United States and will relocate to the US with his family towards the end of the year.

"It is with a touch of sadness that I have decided to pursue new opportunities. I have thoroughly enjoyed working at Eiva for the past two years. Eiva is a great company with a strong product offering, a dedicated and highly motivated group of people and a promising future. Based on our experience of living five years in the US before, my family and I have decided to move back to the United States. I wish everybody at Eiva all the best and look forward to following the company's development from the outside," said Lars Hansen as a comment to his resignation.

"We have appreciated Lars' dedicated management style and straightforward way of communicating during the time we have had the pleasure of working with him. We wish Lars and his family all the best on their relocation to the US", said Frans Boch, Chairman of the Board as comment from the board of directors of Eiva. The board of directors has initiated the process of recruiting a new CEO for Eiva.
