| Ashtead Technology has appointed Chris Braithwaite as non-executive chairman of the Group. Chris has over 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Services sector, and was most recently Chief Operating Officer of Wellstream Holdings plc having overseen its IPO from private equity ownership in 2007. An engineer, Chris has also worked with ABB, Halliburton/Brown & Root and Transfield. |
