  14/10/2011
EdgeTech and affiliate ORE Offshore have recently added 7,500 sq.ft of manufacturing and office space to their facility. The new space will be used to supplement the factory floor which already houses a wide array of manufacturing bays and test facilities including pressure chambers, acoustic test tanks and transducer clean room operations.

The R&D and Special Systems operations in Boca Raton, FL also is growing.  A new 40 foot research vessel was added to support the Florida operations. This is the second research vessel now owned and operated by the company. Both vessels are fully outfitted with the latest sonar equipment manufactured by both divisions for testing purposes.

The manufacturer of side scan sonar, sub-bottom profilers, bathymetry systems, acoustic releases, USBL systems and other specialised underwater acoustic solutions, continues to grow in size and product offerings.
