First International Seminar on Dredging in Brazil10/11/2011 |
| The International Seminar on Dredging and Reclamation will be travelling to Recife, Brazil, from Monday 19th to Friday 23rd March 2012. The seminar is aimed at current and future decision-makers and their advisors in governments, port and harbour authorities, off-shore companies and other organisations faced with the execution of dredging projects. |
|
An important feature of the seminar will be a trip to visit a dredging project in Brazil. This will give participants the opportunity to see dredging equipment in action and to gain a better understanding of the extent of a dredging activity.
Each participant will receive a set of comprehensive proceedings with an extensive reference list of relevant literature and, at the end of the week, a Certificate of Achievement in recognition of the completion of the coursework. The seminar starts on Monday 19th March at 8.45 a.m. and ends on Friday 23rd March at 5.30 p.m. Please note that full attendance is required for obtaining the Certificate of Achievement.
