| BlueView Technologies and Deep Ocean Engineering, USA, have signed a systems-integrator agreement that enables Deep Ocean Engineering to re-sell BlueView 2D and 3D products on Deep Ocean Engineering's ROVs. BlueView's compact, multibeam imaging sonar will expand Deep Ocean Engineering's real-time ROV navigation capabilities and operation in low visibility and zero visibility conditions. |

Deep Ocean Engineering recently moved to a new facility in San Jose (CA) for building, designing and manufacturing ROV systems.
