ISO 9001:2008 for Bluefin Robotics

Bluefin Robotics, USA, has received ISO 9001:2008 Certification for the design, development, manufacturing, operation, and servicing of their Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) and related products. The certification was granted by the International Organisation for Standardization, TÜV SÜD America Inc.
 

 

 

To receive the certification, Bluefin underwent a major transformation that included the development of a Quality Management System (QMS). Implementation of the QMS has translated into successful programme execution, market expansion and business growth fuelled by new design wins, improved infrastructure and robust processes.
