  16/05/2012
Mr. John Humphrey, director of both ChartWorld GmbH and SevenCs GmbH is going to leave the companies during the month of May 2012. The newly appointed management team consists of sales and marketing director Stephan Dimke, director of finance Steven v.d. Schootbrugge, operations director Seamus Knox and director of development Andrey Vorobiev.

John Humphrey is moving on to a new employment, according to managing director Jochen Rudolph.

John was being appointed by the British Admiralty and started his duty in May 2008. He has initiated fundamental changes both to the structure and the business model, from which the company is benefitting from today.  John's effort in preparing the companies for the sale in November 2011 is characterised as remarking.

Demo of RIEGL Airborne Bathy Scanner in Camcopter UAV

It's not an AUV but an UAV. So an unmanned vehicle, but in the air instead of underwater. This movie shows a demonstration of the bathymetric laser scanning capabilities of the RIEGL VQ-820-GU hydrographic airborne sensor in reality. For more information on the technical side, please see the news release on Hydro International.
