I do not think this is a NOAA survey launch. The aft hook is not being handled by someone in a hard hat, and the launch does not look like a NOAA launch. GNoll - 09/03/2012 - 17:28

Demo of RIEGL Airborne Bathy Scanner in Camcopter UAV

It's not an AUV but an UAV. So an unmanned vehicle, but in the air instead of underwater. This movie shows a demonstration of the bathymetric laser scanning capabilities of the RIEGL VQ-820-GU hydrographic airborne sensor in reality.
