C & C Technologies to be Bought by Oceaneering International

C & C Technologies, USA, has agreed to be acquired by Oceaneering International, USA. The transaction is anticipated to be completed in early April 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. C & C Technologies will retain its name and continue to be headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, USA.
