EdgeTech at Ocean Business 2017

EdgeTech will be participating in Ocean Business 2017 and welcomes delegates attending the event to come and see the company at one of its venues. The company will be giving on-water demonstrations as well as a presentation on Tuesday 4 April 2017 at 12:30h, and representatives will of course be on hand at the company stand.

At stand B9, EdgeTech will have on display the new 2300 combined sidescan sonar and sub-bottom profiling system (with optional bathymetry) .

On the water, EdgeTech will be conducting demonstrations of the EdgeTech 6205 Multi Phase Echo Sounder (MPES) continuously throughout Ocean Business 2017.  The system provides 200 degree IHO quality bathymetric coverage and co-registered simultaneous dual-frequency side scan sonar data.  EdgeTech’s 6205 next generation technology increases efficiency and safety for traditional shallow water multibeam users.  Demonstration will be conducted on board the New Life II.

In the classroom, EdgeTech is presenting on Tuesday 4 April at 12:30 focused on the latest sonar technology including combined side scan and bathymetric systems on AUVs and USVs and enhancements to the sub-bottom profiler product line.
