ADV with Optical Sensor Capabilities

YSI Environmental has developed a multiparameter instrument Ðthe YSI ADV6600- that accurately and reliably measures both water quantity (velocity and direction) and water quality. It has accomplished this by integrating YSI water quality sensor technologies with the advanced Acousic Doppler Velocimeter (ADV) technology of SonTek. The ADV6600 has the capability to measure DO, conductivity, temperature, pH, ORP, pressure, velocity, direction, turbidity, chlorophyll, or rhodamine, chloride, ammonia or nitrate, along with other calculated parameters such as specific conductance and salinity.
