China Maritime 2006

The organisers of the China Maritime 2006 exhibition, Baird Publications, have released details of the associated conference, forum and product presentation programme. China Maritime 2006 is to be held in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wanchai from 28th February to 2nd March 2006. The Sea-Pax Asia Conference for owners, operators, designers and builders of and suppliers to and regulators of all kinds of passenger vessels, from water taxis to cruise liners, takes place on the Tuesday and Wednesday. The World Shipbuilding Forum will run from 10:00 to 13:00 hours on Tuesday. It is open to and will interest builders and designers of all kinds of ships and boats, their customers, suppliers and financiers. The Patrol, Assault, Pilot and Rescue Craft Forum is aimed at all those involved with designing, building, owning, operating and supplying such craft. It is scheduled for 10:00 to 13:00 hours on Wednesday 1st March. The Waterfront Development Forum will explore this currently very contentious issue in Hong Kong. It will be of interest to all those involved in this very important interface between land and sea. Finally, there will be the usual Baird Events Product Presentation Seminars. These one-hour presentations will be made at 14:00, 15:00 and 16:00 hours on each of the three days of the event. They enable exhibiting companies to make detailed presentations describing their products or services to seriously interested event visitors.
