Congo Environmental Survey for Creocean

Creocean has recently successfully completed an Environmental Baseline Survey (EBS) for TOTAL-E&P-Congo on the Moho-Bilondo field. The survey, carried out with scientific support from Thales Geosolutions South Africa and with the technical support of an RV Geoexplorer, provided water quality, sediment and benthic fauna information, at 700 to 900 metre depth.
The data collected will describe the environmental sensitivity of the oil field. Creocean scientists use all parameters of the marine environment, including the biological indicators developed specifically for oil and gas areas.
