Knudsen Echosounder for US Navy

Knudsen Engineering Ltd is to fulfil a volume order from the US Naval Oceanographic Office at the Stennis Space Center (Mississippi), including eight 320BR deepwater echosounder plus spares kits. These instruments are two-channel (3.5/12kHz), rack-mounted, high-power systems used for full ocean depth survey. Using a Windows interface data display, the systems incorporate chirp-and-correlation processing to achieve low noise and high-resolution sub-bottom profiles.
