Nautronix Strengthens Its Australian Board

Nautronix Ltd has announced two appointments to its Board of Director’s.
With effect from 1st February 2005 Commodore Mike Deeks RAN (Ret’d) will assume the role of non-executive Chairman, and Terry O’Leary, Chief Operating Officer of Nautronix Ltd, will be appointed a Director of the company.
Commodore Deeks served for a total of 32 years in the RAN as a submariner in a variety of operational and staff posts, culminating in 2001 with his appointment to Commodore Australian Navy Submarine Group and Senior Defence Officer, Western Australia. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds both Masters of Management and Bachelor of Arts degrees.
Terry O’Leary joined Nautronix Ltd in October 2004 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing with him a wealth of executive level experience of change management and process improvement underpinned by a strong financial and project management background developed in the UK, USA, Middle East and Australia.
