Teledyne Marine Systems Welcomes SeaBotix
SeaBotix, part of the recent Bolt Technology Corporation acquisition by parent company Teledyne Technologies Inc., will join the Teledyne Marine Systems group of companies. SeaBotix is a manufacturer of diverse underwater observation-class MiniROVs designed to perform a multitude of tasks that include maritime security, search and recovery, hull, pipeline and infrastructure inspection, hazardous environment intervention, aquaculture, sensor deployment, oceanographic research, nuclear applications and more.
Vice President and Group General Manager, Thomas W. Altshuler, sees a strong synergy between their innovative remotely operated vehicles and the tethered and autonomous vehicles produced by Teledyne’s existing organisation.
SeaBotix will operate under the name Teledyne SeaBotix from their current location in San Diego, California, USA. SeaBotix continues to deliver revolutionary advancements to its diverse portfolio of MiniROV systems that are responsive to demanding professional applications.
