Biography

Derek Sowers is the mapping operations manager for the Ocean Exploration Trust. He holds a Ph.D. in oceanography from the University of New Hampshire and has participated in oceanographic expeditions across remote areas of the Arctic, Pacific, and Atlantic Oceans.
