Iris Hoefnagels has been working as a project manager at the Dutch Marine Energy Centre (DMEC) since 2016, where she is responsible for the ongoing projects in the Netherlands. She has a background in innovation science, with a focus on renewable energy. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree with a dissertation on collaboration in the marine energy industry. In addition to working for DMEC, Iris is currently also studying for her MSc in Physics  on renewable energy at the University of Amsterdam.
