Biography

Justy Siwabessy is a marine acoustic scientist at Geoscience Australia. His research focuses on seabed mapping, particularly on multibeam bathymetry and backscatter and their application. Justy has a PhD from Curtin University, Australia.  For the MH370 search, Justy has been processing multibeam data and providing technical advice to the search coordinating agency.
