Biography

Lijuan Huang has been with NOAA and The Baldwin Group, Inc. as an oceanographer for 9 years and has provided tide reductions to support hydrographic operations. She holds a MSc in Geological Oceanography from the Marine Science Research Center of Stony Brook University School, NY and a BSc in Physical Oceanography from Xiamen University in China.
