Michel Hofsteede is manager Operations at Rijksrederij. Before this position, he fulfilled several human resources-related positions at Rijkswaterstaat. Before these positions, he was party chief and project manager for hydrographic survey at the North Sea for Rijkswaterstaat - and surveyor on seagoing governmental vessels for Boskalis The Netherlands.
