Panos Komninos, MSc, MICS is chartering manager at Glomar Offshore BV in the Netherlands. He is responsible for all commercial, business development and marketing activities for the utilisation of the fleet of 20 offshore support vessels. He has beenin the maritime business since 2008. His previous position was charterer at an offshore service provider.
