CodaOctopus hosts 44th MMF
As a first-time host, CodaOctopus Products is announcing the 44th meeting of the Marine Measurement Forum, taking place at the Scotsman Hotel in Edinburgh (Scotland) on 21st May 2009.
With a diverse range of speakers representing various marine scientific measurement activities, some of the topics of MMF44 are:
- Shell real-time metocean network (METNET)
- Automated sensing technologies for coastal monitoring
- Ultra high resolution multibeam sonar for surveying shipwrecks
- Impacts of offshore renewable developments on coastal processes
- Operational Experience with PLSM Aqua-Metre for Subsea Metrology
- Timelapse evaluation of climate change impacts on coastal settings
MMF is a one-day forum for the informal exchange of ideas, knowledge, techniques and developments across a range of marine scientific measurement activities. Its balanced programme attracts surveyors, engineers, scientists and executives (amongst others) and it covers scientific research, projects, surveys, instrumentation and new developments. Among the typical delegates are surveyors, engineers, scientists and executives.

The delegate registration fee is GBP40.00 (inc. VAT) which covers entrance fee, lunch and refreshment breaks. Registration is required by 14th May 2009.
