Electronic Navigation Chart Analyzer V 2.8
L-3 Nautronix has released Electronic Navigation Chart (ENC) Analyzer Software Version 2.8. The software, which is used to produce, manage and distribute electronic navigation charts and paper charts, advances the technology of the joint L-3 Nautronix and Seven Cs ENC suite of tools. The new ENC validation software has been aligned with the S-58 edition 4.0.
It supports the substantial changes to the range and coverage of the checks now recommended by the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) published in the IHO Special Publication S-58, Edition 4.0 in June 2009.
“In its 13th year of production, the ENC Analyzer can be used to validate ENC, AML and IENC data sets as well as exchange sets and updates,” said Mike Gallagher, managing director of L-3 Nautronix.
