Blue Pelican Associates BV (BPA) is an engineering and consultancy firm, operating worldwide in the fields of maritime and civil infrastructure, environment, transportation and the (offshore) energy sector. BPA resulted from the merger of five independent engineering and consultancy firms, all of which have extensive and long-lasting global expertise in dredging and port development.

BPA offers a wide variety of hydraulic-engineering related services. Although dredging technology and hydraulic engineering are the cornerstones of the company, know-how on coastal zone management, environmental and socio-economic services form an integral part of BPA’s core assets.
