GSE Rentals Takes Delivery of the First Marinus

GSE Rentals Ltd of Aberdeen has become the first company in the world to acquire the new MARINUS attitude heading and reference system from VT TSS Ltd. The unit has been developed to provide exceptional accuracy in extreme sea conditions and will enable multibeam sonar users to extend their working season and continue surveying in conditions that would otherwise bring surveying to a halt. The MARINUS was delivered to the company’s Aberdeen headquarters and is now available for rental by GSE customers who will enjoy the benefits of working with a unit at the top of the VT TSS motion sensor product range.
